They get so caught up in operational control that they resign to the fact that they are going to have to function like any other charter company and that leaves little in the way of distinct owner service.
KingAir Partners is pure Joint Ownership with an integrated management and operations solution which follows to the letter, the rules and regulations set forth by the FAA. We designed KAP contracts and policies to support a mutually fair equal owner position. Owners share an aircraft and KAP is contracted to manage and operate the aircraft on the owners’ behalf while respecting the owner’s individual likes and dislikes.
