Who We Are
KingAir Partners is a professional aircraft management and sales alliance. KAP was established in order to provide a stable management and operational system for aircraft jointly owned. It is a fact that the most sensible and most economical way to own an aircraft is through joint ownership. The KAP plan sells 1/2 and 1/3 positions in the aircraft that will be yours to fly on your schedule and with your flight crew. KAP provides everything necessary to operate your aircraft including the total management of Hanger, Pilots, Maintenance and Insurance. Established Operational Policies will ensure not only smooth flights but smooth partner relations as well. KAP will invoice each partner a monthly fixed management fee that will cover Flight Crew, Hanger and Insurance. Also, at the end of each month, KAP will prepare the monthly operational cost share for each partner. Under the KAP management contract an owner will only pay his “fair share” of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
