Acquisition Cost will be according to 1/2 or 1/3 share position of the specific aircraft purchase. All shares of any particular aircraft will either be all financed or all non-financed. KingAir Partners prefers aircraft acquired through the Raytheon Resale Program due to the confidence in maintenance and operating history. However, other aircraft will be considered upon special request and based upon the completion of a Phase 1-4 inspection.
*Monthly fixed and Hourly cost example for King Air C90 1/3 and 1/2 owner position (typical aircraft acquisition cost ) - 1/3 share $400 - $800,000. 1/2 share $600 - $1,200,000.

*1/2 share owners will have the aircraft available every other week plus when available with no limits to occupied hours
*Fuel cost will be discounted at each aircraft base of operations through KAP negotiations and passed on to each owner.
*Engine maintenance reserves will be based on the individual aircraft and will consider time remaining until inspection or overhaul and/or an existing engine maintenance program
